Plain-English summary

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles under NHTSA campaign number 25V388000. The potential number of units affected is 140.

Due to a manufacturing error, the rearview camera image may not display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." According to NHTSA, a rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025.

Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
