Rearview Camera Display Malfunction in 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager

Plain-English summary
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. A manufacturing error can cause the rearview camera image to fail to display. This defect prevents the vehicles from complying with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, which requires rear visibility.
When the rearview camera image does not display, the driver has reduced visibility of what is behind the vehicle. This increases the risk of a crash, particularly during backing maneuvers.
Approximately 140 vehicles are affected by this recall. Owner notification letters were mailed on July 3, 2025. Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary at no charge. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 for more information. Chrysler's internal recall number is 34C.
