What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: windshield bonding is part of the vehicle's crash structure, and a failure here removes occupant protection at the moment of a collision.
