2022 Chrysler Pacifica seat mounting latch defect recall

The second-row seat-to-floor mounting latch may bind and stick open, preventing the seat from properly securing to the floor. These vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 225, which governs child restraint anchorage systems.

An unsecured second-row seat increases the risk of injury during a crash. Approximately 1,160 vehicles are affected by this recall.

If you own an affected vehicle, contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Dealers will inspect and replace the second-row seat cushion frame at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 7, 2022.
