Plain-English summary

Navistar, Inc. is recalling certain model year 2006 through 2009, and 2012 IC CE school buses and certain model year 2006 through 2009, and 2011 through 2013 IC RE school buses. These vehicles were manufactured between October 6, 2005, and April 18, 2012, and are equipped with C. E. White Inc. brand flip seats.
