Ford Super Duty trucks recalled over rearview camera display in some lighting

Ford is recalling 291,901 Super Duty trucks because the 360-degree view camera system may not display a rearview image properly in certain lighting conditions.

What this means for you

Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Our severity reasoning: Scored 3 under the risk-of-harm criterion: the defect degrades a rearview display rather than a structural or braking system, and no injuries are reported.
