Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2020-2022 Ford F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 vehicles, as well as 2021-2022 Ford F-650 and F-750 vehicles. The defect involves biodiesel deposits that may form on high-pressure fuel pump drivetrain roller components. These deposits could lead to fuel pump failure, which can cause loss of drive power and increase the risk of a crash.

A total of 295,449 vehicles are potentially affected by this defect. Ford Motor Company has developed a remedy consisting of a software update to the powertrain control module (PCM) and transmission control module (TCM). This update will be performed by authorized Ford dealers at no charge to vehicle owners.

Owner notification letters were mailed on January 23, 2026. Owners of affected vehicles should contact their local Ford dealer to schedule the software update.
