Chrysler Group LLC is recalling certain model year 2014 Ram ProMaster vehicles manufactured between July 1, 2013, and November 15, 2013. The recall addresses a potential defect where a tool may have damaged one of the brake hoses during the manufacturing process.

This damage may result in a leakage of brake fluid from the brake hose. Such leakage would reduce brake performance and lengthen the distance needed to stop the vehicle, thereby increasing the risk of a crash.
