Range Rover rearview cameras may admit water and distort the image

Land Rover is recalling certain 2022-2023 Range Rover vehicles because water may enter the rearview camera, blanking or distorting the image. 11,961 units are affected.

Water may enter into the rearview camera, which can cause the rearview camera image not to appear on the display or to display a distorted image. According to NHTSA, a rearview camera image that does not display can decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

Dealers will replace the rearview camera free of charge. Owner letters were mailed April 22, 2025.
