Polaris Slingshot Rearview Camera May Freeze, Affecting Visibility

After shifting out of reverse, the rearview camera image may freeze and display a blank screen if the vehicle is shifted back into reverse. This defect violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111 regarding rear visibility requirements.

Owners will receive notification letters expected to be mailed July 28, 2023. Dealers will update the Ride Command software at no cost.
