Western Star commercial trucks recalled for detaching hood air intake covers

Daimler Trucks North America is recalling certain 2020-2023 Western Star trucks equipped with side air intakes on the hood. The stainless steel cover may loosen and detach, creating a road hazard and increasing crash risk.
