Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Plain-English summary
Braun Corporation is recalling certain 2020 and 2021 Chevrolet Traverse vehicles that are wheelchair accessible and equipped with Power In-floor Ramp conversion. The screw and clip that hold the inner wheel-well plastic shroud in place may chafe against the transmission case, potentially causing a transmission fluid leak.
A transmission fluid leak can cause loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. If the fluid leak occurs near an ignition source, it also increases the risk of fire.
Approximately 639 vehicles are potentially affected. Owner notification letters were mailed on November 29, 2021. Owners should contact Braun customer service at 1-800-488-0359 to schedule repairs. Dealers will replace the screw and clip, inspect for transmission contact signs, and complete all work free of charge.
For additional information, owners can contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 or visit www.nhtsa.gov.
