Navistar Recalls IC Bus CE School Buses Due to Fuel Heater Fire Risk
Navistar is recalling 2017-2021 IC Bus CE school buses because the electric fuel heater may overheat, melt plastic, and cause a fire or engine stall.

Cummins will notify affected Navistar customers. Dealers will disable the fuel heater by installing a plug in place of the heater or otherwise rendering it non-operable. They will also remove the fuse supplying electrical power to the fuel heater and install a cover over the wire harness connector. This repair is provided free of charge.
