The recall addresses defects in the trailer's exterior lighting system, including improperly positioned front clearance lamps, a jetter that blocks visibility to the passenger side front clearance lamp, and insufficient conspicuity tape on the sides and rear. Additionally, some trailers may lack side or rear reflex reflectors.

Due to these lighting and reflector issues, the trailers may not be visible at night, which increases the risk of a crash. The recall covers 52 affected units.

Vac-Tron will notify owners, and Vermeer dealers will install remedy kits provided by Vac-Tron free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.
