Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Plain-English summary
Turtle Top is recalling certain model year 2016 Odyssey transit buses manufactured between December 17, 2015, and March 29, 2016. The recall involves vehicles equipped with seats that may separate from the base frame due to bolt failure. As a result, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) number 222, "School Bus Passenger Seating and Crash Protection," and 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
In the event of a crash, the separation of the seat from the base frame increases the risk of injury to the seat occupant. The recall began on June 22, 2016.
Turtle Top will notify owners, and dealers will replace the seats free of charge. Owners may contact Turtle Top customer service at 1-574-831-4340. Turtle Top's number for this recall is 16E-037. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.safercar.gov.
