The trailers were sold by small independent bicycle shops in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, and Colorado from January 1997 through February 1998 for approximately $200 to $350. Consumers should stop using these bike trailers immediately and contact the store where they were purchased or Norco Products to arrange for a free safety upgrade kit installation.
