The loungers violate federal safety regulations for infant sleep products. The sleeping pad is too thick, creating a suffocation hazard for infants. The sides are too low to contain the infant and the loungers have no stand, creating a fall hazard. Additionally, an infant could fall out of an enclosed opening at the sides or become entrapped.
