The recalled pillows bear model numbers BXP99, BXP93, BXP94, BXP96, or BXP97, and batch number 202506001. Approximately 4,008 units were sold through Amazon.com between January 2026 and March 2026 for between $24 and $30.

The pillows violate mandatory safety standards for nursing pillows and infant support cushions because they can obstruct an infant's breathing, creating a serious risk of injury or death from suffocation. No injuries have been reported to date.
