Our severity reasoning: The source reports 10 confirmed injuries (contusions, strains, numbness, bruising, and one concussion) linked to chair-back failures that create a structural fall hazard. Although no deaths are reported, the confirmed injury reports and the hazard type place this at High severity per the rubric for "risk-of-harm products where injury has been reported."
