IKEA Recalls GUNGGUNG Children's Swing Due to Fall Hazard

There have been four reports worldwide of the suspension fittings breaking, including one in Germany, two in Austria, and one in Canada. In one incident, a child fell and sustained a fractured leg. No incidents have been reported in the United States. The swings were sold at IKEA stores nationwide and online from June 2014 to August 2014 for $20.
