The beds can be configured as bunk beds or twin beds and include upper bunk guardrails that should be secured with screws.

The firm received two reports of vertical slats detaching from the upper bunk guardrails when screws were missing. No injuries have been reported. The hazard exists because the detached slats can pose a risk of children falling when getting in or out of the upper bunk.
