Vehicle recalls in our database all come from NHTSA. They cover passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, tires, child safety seats, and motor-vehicle equipment. Each campaign is identified by an NHTSA Campaign Number (a string like 25V123000) and lists every make / model / year combination affected. The most common vehicle-recall categories are airbag and seatbelt failures (the consequence is non-deployment in a crash), fuel system defects with fire risk, steering or brake malfunctions, electrical defects in EVs that can cause battery thermal events, software bugs in driver-assist systems, and child-seat harness failures. Recalls for tires almost always relate to a tread-separation risk in a defined production date range.
Every NHTSA recall is mandatory for the manufacturer to remedy at no charge to the owner, with no expiration. If your vehicle has an open recall, your dealer is required to perform the remedy free of charge as long as the vehicle exists. Navistar is recalling certain 2021-2024 International trucks and buses whose anti-lock brake system warning light fails to illuminate when malfunctions occur. Drivers will not be alerted to brake system problems, increasing the risk of crashes.
Certain 2023 Nissan Rogue vehicles have rear seat belt anchor fasteners that may not have been properly tightened and could loosen over time, potentially failing to restrain occupants in a crash.
IC Bus school buses (2021–2024) are being recalled because the anti-lock brake system warning light fails to illuminate during malfunctions, preventing drivers from being alerted and increasing crash risk.
General Motors is recalling certain 2023 Cadillac Lyriq and 2022 GMC Hummer EV vehicles. Connections in the high-voltage battery pack may be out of position or incorrectly welded, potentially causing loss of drive power and increasing crash risk.
Jaguar is recalling certain 2019-2024 I-PACE vehicles because the high-voltage battery may overheat, increasing the risk of fire. Owners should park and charge vehicles outside until repairs are complete.
Winnebago and Itasca recall certain 2020-2023 motorhomes due to improperly tightened seat belt attachments that may fail to restrain occupants in a crash. Dealers will tighten fasteners free of charge.
Forest River is recalling 2023 Salem and Wildwood travel trailers due to missing thread sealant on furnace fittings. The defect can cause propane gas leaks, increasing fire risk.
Polaris is recalling about 20,330 Model Year 2021–2023 RZR Pro XP 4 and Model Year 2022–2023 RZR Turbo R 4 recreational off-road vehicles because a fuel leak at the fuel pump assembly can occur near a hot surface, posing a fire hazard. The company has received five reports of fuel leaks, including one report of fire.
Navistar is recalling certain International trucks (2000-2024 model years) for inadequate back-up light visibility when reversing. Low visibility may not alert other drivers, increasing crash risk. Dealers will replace rear stop/turn signal lights free of charge.
Ford is recalling certain 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles because first-row seat belt latch plates may be difficult to access, potentially preventing occupants from wearing their seat belts and increasing crash injury risk.
Altec is recalling 2021-2023 aerial devices, digger derricks, and related equipment because water can leak into strobe lights, causing electrical short-circuits that increase fire risk. No injuries have been reported.
REV Recreation Group is recalling 2020-2024 Fleetwood Bounder, Holiday Rambler Vacationer, and select Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The trailer hitch may become damaged due to stress or overloading, potentially causing the towed vehicle to separate.

BRP U.S. Inc. is recalling about 12,500 Ski-Doo snowmobiles from model years 2021 and 2022 because a fuel injector hose retainer screw can loosen, cause fuel leaks, and pose a fire hazard. Four fires have been reported.
General Motors is recalling 2020-2023 Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles due to excessive powder coating on rear child seat LATCH anchorage bars, which could prevent proper installation and leave child seats unsecured in a crash.
Certain 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2022 Grand Cherokee 4XE vehicles may be missing the required air bag warning label. The missing label could prevent occupants from understanding proper restraint usage, potentially increasing injury risk in a crash.
Daimler Trucks North America is recalling Thomas Built school buses due to potentially insufficient rear interior joint strength. Dealers will add fasteners to reinforce the joints at no charge.
Airstream is recalling 2023 Atlas motorhomes due to undersized fuses that may allow wiring to overheat and increase fire risk. Dealers will replace the fuse and install a new circuit.
Polaris is recalling about 14,885 Model Year 2022-2023 MATRYX RMK KHAOS and PRO snowmobiles. When the rider engages the throttle and brake simultaneously, the brake system can overheat, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries.
