Volvo has identified approximately 1,584 vehicles potentially affected by this defect. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 26, 2026. The remedy is provided at no cost: dealers will replace the terminals at the audio module connector. Owners may contact Volvo Customer Service at 1-800-458-1552 to schedule service, or search their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on NHTSA.gov to confirm whether their vehicle is affected (the search became available on March 13, 2026).
