McNeilus Metro Pak Rear Loader Recall for Missing Reflectors and Lights

McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. is recalling certain 2021-2025 Metro Pak vehicles. The side and rear reflex reflectors and rear clearance lights may be missing on these vehicles. As a result, the vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Missing reflectors and rear clearance lights can reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, which increases the risk of a crash.

McNeilus will install the side reflectors and lights free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 9, 2025. Owners may contact McNeilus Customer Service at 1-888-686-7278.
