Braun converted Chrysler minivans may be missing the seat limiter

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." According to NHTSA, a seat positioned too close to the air bag can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Dealers will inspect and install a seat limiter as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 17, 2024.
