Toyota Tundra and Lexus LX600 engines can fail from manufacturing debris

Toyota is recalling certain 2022-2023 Tundra and Lexus LX600 vehicles with V35A engines because manufacturing debris can contaminate the engine and cause main bearing failure, stalling the vehicle.
