2023-2024 BMW Models Recall: Front Passenger Knee Air Bag Deployment Failure
BMW is recalling certain 2023 BMW XM and 2024 BMW X5, X6, X7, and Alpina XB7 vehicles because the front passenger knee air bag may not deploy as intended, increasing injury risk in a crash.

Owners should contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417 to schedule a free replacement of the knee air bag. Authorized BMW dealers will perform the service at no cost.
