Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: This is a structural vehicle defect where the tow eye bracket may detach from the subframe during towing, presenting a clear risk of vehicle separation and crash. No reported incidents, injuries, or deaths have been documented, placing it under the rubric criterion of 'risk-of-harm products where injury has not yet been reported.'
