Improperly adjusted headlights may not illuminate the road properly or may cause glare to oncoming drivers, which can increase the risk of a crash. The affected vehicles include specific model years of the Cayenne (including S, Turbo, GTS, Turbo S, S Hybrid, S E-Hybrid, and Diesel variants), Panamera (including S, 4S, Turbo, Turbo S, S Hybrid, S E-Hybrid, 4, and GTS variants), Macan (including S and Turbo variants), Cayman S, Boxster, and Boxster S.

Dealers will inspect the headlights for sealing caps and install missing caps as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on October 28, 2022.
