2021 Porsche vehicles recalled for potentially loose suspension components
Porsche is recalling certain 2021 Taycan, 911, Cayman, Boxster, and 718 Spyder models because suspension components may not have been properly tightened and could loosen, potentially causing loss of vehicle control.

The suspension components in these vehicles may not have been properly tightened during manufacturing and can loosen over time.
If suspension components loosen and detach, drivers may experience a sudden loss of vehicle stability and control, significantly increasing the risk of a crash.
The recall affects approximately 396 vehicles. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 7, 2021.
Owners should contact Porsche customer service at 1-800-767-7243 to schedule repairs. Dealers will replace the affected suspension nuts and bolts, inspect surrounding components for damage, and replace any damaged parts as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge.
