What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: This is a structural vehicle defect involving the steering system. The steering wheel can loosen or detach due to improper nut tightening, creating direct risk of crash and loss of vehicle control. Although no injuries have been reported, the defect's safety-critical nature justifies a Severe classification.
