BMW Recalls 2005-2008 7-Series Vehicles for Transmission Shift Defect

Unattended rollaway incidents can result in crashes or injuries to pedestrians or bystanders. BMW will notify owners beginning in November 2012, and the corrective remedy became available in March 2013.
