The affected units feature a plastic tray measuring 27 inches across, supported by three adjustable legs, with a swiveling chair in the center. The white plastic seat ring is located under the padded seat cover. These entertainers were sold nationwide in juvenile products and discount stores beginning in November 1995 for approximately $59 to $69. Units with yellow plastic seat rings are not involved.
Consumers should stop using the affected stationary entertainers immediately. To obtain a free replacement seat ring and installation instructions, consumers should call Graco at (800) 345-4109 or write to Customer Affairs, Graco Children's Products Inc., P.O. Box 100, Elverson, Pa. 19520.
