These products were sold at Monkey Sports, Play It Again Sports, Pure Hockey, independent sporting goods stores, and online at us.ccmhockey.com from May 2024 through April 2026. The Hybrid Visors were sold for about $120 and the Replacement Visor accessories for about $55.

They should return the products to the nearest participating retailer for a free replacement, choosing from the FV1 full visor, FM780 combo cage, or FM580 combo cage. Consumers without access to a participating retailer can contact CCM directly to receive a prepaid return envelope; CCM will ship a replacement upon receipt of the returned product.
