The toys were sold at retail stores nationwide from September 1995 through January 1996 for $1.79 to $2.49 each.

The recall is being conducted because if the toy is dropped, it can break into small parts, such as the decorative beads and the arms of the clock. Small children can choke on or inhale these small parts. Man's Trading Co. and CPSC are not aware of any injuries associated with this toy, and the recall is intended to prevent the possibility of injury. CPSC discovered this hazard during routine surveillance.
