Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals Recalled for Magnet Ingestion Risk

The Conqueror is recalling Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals because high-powered magnets may detach, posing a serious injury or death risk to children.

What this means for you

Highest-severity recall. The hazard can cause serious injury or death. Stop using the product now and follow the agency's instructions.

Our severity reasoning: The source text explicitly states the hazard poses a risk of 'death' and describes a 'deadly ingestion hazard,' which meets the rubric criteria for a Critical severity score.

Plain-English summary

The Conqueror is recalling approximately 476 Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals. The medals are gold with colorful gems on the front and are packaged in a black box marked “Marvel Avengers.” They were sold online at www.theconqueror.events and through The Conqueror App from March 2026 through May 2026 for about $50.

The recall is issued because the medals violate the mandatory safety standard for magnets. The high-powered magnets may detach, creating a deadly ingestion hazard for children. If swallowed, these magnets can attract each other or other metal objects, becoming lodged in the digestive system. This can cause intestinal perforations, twisting, blockages, blood poisoning, and death. The firm has received three reports of magnets detaching.

Consumers should stop using the medals immediately. They should contact The Conqueror for instructions on receiving a full refund or a replacement medal. Consumers are asked to cut the ribbon from the medal, write “RECALLED” in permanent marker on the medal and ribbon, throw the product away, and email a photo of the disposed items to [email protected].
