The Mini Wooden Puzzle features four pictorial scenes, while the Pre-school Puzzle features six. These puzzles were sold nationwide for approximately $4.00 each from January 1990 to June 1991.

The recall is being conducted because the puzzle pegs and clock hands can detach during use, posing a fatal choking hazard to young children. The products were identified during a joint surveillance program between the CPSC and the U.S. Customs Service at the Port of Atlanta, GA. Neither the CPSC nor the company is aware of any injuries involving these products.
