About 70 units were sold online through Amazon beginning in March 2025 for between $100 and $110. The play yards have black fabric sides with mesh panels bordered in gray, white fabric top rails with a multi-colored bear print, and matching bear-print mattresses.

These play yards violate the mandatory federal safety standard for play yards. Infants can become entrapped under the mattress or between the side of the play yard and the mattress, posing a risk of serious injury or death by suffocation. No injuries or deaths have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled play yards. To obtain a full refund, consumers should contact Anna Queen to arrange the return process. The remedy requires disassembling the fabric cover from the frame, cutting up the cover and mattress pad, and emailing a photo of the destroyed play yard to [email protected], after which the product should be disposed of properly.
