The affected cycles were sold primarily to commercial fitness facilities from January 2021 through October 2024, priced between $2,530 and $7,305. They were sold both directly by JHTNA and through third-party distributors.
The company has received 63 reports of seats unexpectedly lowering. In two of these reports, users fell from the cycle when the seat lowered. However, no injuries have been reported.
