Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled scooters and contact Apollo for a free replacement bolt. Apollo will provide instructions with a video link for home installation, and will also make servicing and partner locations available for free replacement or tightening of the bolt. Apollo is contacting all known purchasers directly.
