Razor USA Recalls Electric Scooters Due to Handlebar Weld Failure

Razor USA has received 261 reports of handlebar welds breaking or bending, resulting in 16 reported injuries, including three broken arms and one laceration. The affected scooters were sold at discount department, auto parts, and toy stores nationwide from October 2003 through May 2005 for between $180 and $250.
