Solowave Design Corp. is recalling Tornado brand home playground tube slides with port holes. The slides are green, six or seven feet long, and feature three or five plastic port hole-style windows on the sides. They were sold as part of Solowave's Centennial, Centennial II, Lexington, Rocky Mountain Deluxe, and Sheridan play systems, or separately, from February 2008 through August 2013.

The plastic port hole windows can break, posing a laceration hazard to children. Solowave has received 23 reports of minor injuries, including cuts and scrapes, from contact with broken port holes. The recall involves approximately 10,800 units sold in the U.S. and 9,900 units in Canada.
