Navien Recalls Tankless Water Heaters Due to Carbon Monoxide Risk

Those with recalled units should contact Navien to schedule a free repair, which involves replacing the Nylon 66 vent collar with a PVC collar. If consumers must continue using the heater while awaiting repair, they should install a working carbon monoxide alarm outside of sleeping areas in the home.
