The recall involves models B2HB-45 and B2HB-57, which are wall-hung units housed in a white metal box. These boilers were sold nationwide through heating and plumbing contractors or wholesalers from September 2015 through December 2015 for approximately $4,800 and $5,800. About 165 units were sold in the United States, with an additional 141 sold in Canada.

This condition poses a fire hazard and a carbon monoxide hazard to consumers. The company has received 10 reports of boilers overheating and shutting down, but no injuries have been reported.
