The software revision number can be identified by pressing the "Menu" key on the panel keypad, selecting "Show Software Revision Level" and pressing "Enter." The firm has received two reports of alarms failing to alert monitoring centers, but no injuries have been reported.

The panels were distributed by SimplexGrinnell from May 2010 to September 2010 for between $10,000 and $20,000. Building managers should contact SimplexGrinnell for a free software upgrade.
