Black Cat Fireworks is recalling approximately 20,000 units of Screech and Scream Fountain Fireworks. The recalled items are firework cylinders with a yellow and red design featuring red balls, with the model name printed on the front of the tube. The product was imported from Shiu Fung Fireworks of China and distributed by Black Cat Fireworks of Prairie Village, Kansas.

The fireworks were sold at various fireworks stores nationwide from October 2006 through June 2008 for about $7. Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase or to Black Cat Fireworks for a full refund.
