The recall is due to a hazard where the device can unexpectedly propel on the ground or unintentionally explode during use, posing a risk of burn injuries. BJ Alan Co. has received two reports of incidents where the product propelled or exploded; one incident resulted in a minor burn to a consumer's foot.
