The firm has received two reports of the fountain exploding while in use, but no injuries have been reported. About 1,040 units were sold nationwide at Big Fireworks retailers and wholesale distributors from April 2014 to June 2014 for about $13. The devices were imported by Phoenix Imports of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and distributed by American Eagle dba Big Fireworks of Lansing, Michigan. The products were manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fireworks devices and return them to the place of purchase to receive a full refund.
