These walkers were manufactured from February 2000 through August 2000 and sold at mass merchandise and juvenile products stores nationwide from February 2000 to January 2001 for between $40 and $50. The recalled walkers feature a removable music center with a steering wheel, gear shift, buttons, and a speaker. Model number 14303 is not included in this recall.

The recall is being conducted because the cover on the walker's removable music center can break off, allowing small parts to fall from the product. This creates a potential choking hazard to young children. Kolcraft has not received any reports of injuries related to this defect.

Consumers should immediately remove the music center from the walker. They can contact Kolcraft toll-free at (800) 453-7673 between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, to receive a free replacement tray.
