The walkers were sold nationwide from September 1999 through February 2000 for about $50 at mass merchandise, juvenile product, and major discount department stores, including Wal-Mart and Toys R Us. Consumers should stop using these walkers immediately and call Graco at (800) 345-4109 to obtain a free repair kit, which includes a replacement tray.
