What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: the parking brake can disengage while a passenger is on the lift, allowing the bus to move when it must be held stationary.
